Intentional spirituality is the mechanism that transforms epistemological shifts (new ways of knowing) into ontological shifts (new ways of being). It is the practice that ensures our newfound wisdom doesn’t just stay in our heads — it takes root in our lives, shaping who we are and how we move through the world.
